To Plan for Chem:
** write lesson plan from chapter, leave room for kids to fill in, make topic list as you go so you can add links**

1.if possible, activity or lab first
may not always be possible(motivate with biology from Timberlake or soft cover biochem books, chem art)

2.every activity must be followed with a written sheet involving practice

3.every lab must have a rubric :top of rubric is :
Title, obj, data, team Q
dotted line
A research question for EACH team memeber. Should be essay like, 5 sentence paragraph
Team grade is above dotted line, add onto it individual research grade

4.use a marker to label all pages in the portfolio with what they are and in order

5. before exam:
numerous quizzes
fill in lesson plan sheet
write a study sheet
do a practice exam not just a study guide
